Für einen Garagenbetrieb im Kanton Aargau suchen wir einen Serviceberater, der technische Ahnung mitbringt, gerne mit Menschen arbeitet und auch dann den Überblick behält, wenn gleichzeitig das Telefon klingelt, die Werkstatt eine Frage hat und der nächste Kunde vor dir steht.

Hier geht es nicht darum, einfach Schlüssel entgegenzunehmen und Aufträge weiterzureichen.

Du bist die Verbindung zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt.

Dein Alltag

  • Du empfängst und betreust Kunden persönlich, telefonisch und digital.
  • Du nimmst Fahrzeuge entgegen und erstellst Service\- und Reparaturaufträge.
  • Du koordinierst Termine und sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten wissen, was läuft.
  • Du erklärst technische Arbeiten, Reparaturen und Kosten so, dass sie auch ohne Werkstatt\-Latein verstanden werden.
  • Du hältst Kunden über den Fortschritt ihrer Fahrzeuge auf dem Laufenden.
  • Du erkennst zusätzlichen Servicebedarf und sprichst diesen professionell und mit Fingerspitzengefühl an.
  • Du koordinierst zwischen Kunde, Werkstatt und internen Stellen.
  • Digitale Prozesse und moderne KI\-Tools gehören für dich selbstverständlich zum Arbeitsalltag.

Was du mitbringen solltest

Automobil im Blut: Du hast eine Ausbildung als Automobil\-Fachmann/\-frau EFZ, Automobil\-Mechatroniker/\-in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare automobile Fachausbildung und bereits Erfahrung im Kundendienst. Idealerweise kennst du dich mit VW\- und Audi\-Modellen aus.

Hochvolt ist für dich kein Fremdwort: Du hast Erfahrung mit Elektrofahrzeugen und verfügst über ein solides Verständnis der Hochvolttechnik.

Du kannst mit Menschen: Du hörst zu, fragst nach und findest die richtigen Worte – auch wenn ein Kunde gerade nicht ganz entspannt vor dir steht.

Du bleibst cool, wenn es brennt: Telefon, Kunde, Werkstatt und fünf offene Aufgaben gleichzeitig? Du behältst den Überblick und arbeitest lösungsorientiert weiter.

Digital unterwegs: Du hast keine Berührungsängste mit digitalen Prozessen, virtueller Kundenkommunikation und neuen KI\-Anwendungen.

Englisch: Idealerweise kannst du dich auch auf Englisch sicher verständigen.

Führerschein: Kat. B ist vorhanden.

Eine abwechslungsreiche Position in einem modernen Garagenumfeld, in dem dein technisches Wissen genauso gefragt ist wie deine Persönlichkeit und dein Organisationstalent.

Du sitzt hier nicht einfach am Empfang.

Du verstehst, was die Werkstatt macht, kannst es dem Kunden erklären und sorgst dafür, dass aus einem Auftrag ein sauber abgewickelter Service wird.
