Für unseren AMAG Retail Betrieb in Oftringen suchen wir dich als Serviceberater (m/w/d) 80-100%.

In Oftringen treffen täglich Menschen, Wege und Geschichten aufeinander. Du bist dabei mehr als nur die Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft und Werkstatt: Du hörst zu, berätst persönlich und findest Lösungen, die passen.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst ##

  • Kundenbeziehungsmanager/-in: Du begrüsst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden am Empfang und stellst den ersten Kontakt sicher, sowohl am Telefon wie auch persönlich vor Ort
  • Verkaufsbrücke: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Verkaufsteam zusammen und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstatt und Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Offerten-Profi: Du erstellst Offerten gemäss Auftrag, kontrollierst Fahrzeuge auf Sauberkeit sowie Vollständigkeit und kümmerst dich um eine professionelle Auftragsabwicklung
  • Mobilitäts-Meister/-in: Du sorgst für eine angenehme Atmosphäre und überzeugst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit deinem Fachwissen und deiner Leidenschaft für ganzheitliche Mobilität

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Fachausbildung und kaufmännische Expertise: Du verfügst über eine automobiltechnische Ausbildung, wie Automobilfachfrau/-mann EFZ oder Automobil Mechatroniker/-in EFZ und hast gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung als Serviceberater/-in
  • Elektromobilitäts-Kenner/-in: Du hast Erfahrung in der E-Mobilität und ein gutes Verständnis für Hochvolttechnik
  • Service-Profi: Du bist kontaktfreudig, gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und beeindruckst mit deiner Beratungskompetenz und Überzeugungsstärke
  • Mindset-Master: Du bist widerstandsfähig, gehst positiv mit Belastungen um und behältst immer einen positiven Mindset. Deine kundenorientierte Art sowie dein Fachwissen und die Begeisterung für die Automobilbranche machen die perfekte Mischung aus
  • Kommunikator/-in: Du verfügst idealerweise über solide Englischkenntnisse und kannst dich sicher ausdrücken 
  • IT- Kenner/-in: Du hast eine Affinität für digitale Prozesse, die virtuelle Kundenkommunikation und die Anwendung von KI-Tools
  • Fahrprofi: Gültiger Führerausweis Kat. B
