Für unsere einzigartige Privatklinik im Schloss Wartensee in Rorschacherberg suchen wir eine engagierten, junge und motivierte Servicekraft (100 %), die unsere hohen Ansprüche an Gastfreundschaft und Servicequalität mitträgt.

Unsere Patientinnen und Patienten stehen bei uns jederzeit im Mittelpunkt. Jeder Mensch ist individuell – deshalb erwarten wir nicht nur professionellen Service, sondern auch Empathie, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, Situationen spontan und souverän einzuschätzen. Unser Ziel ist es, unseren Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, bevor er ausgesprochen werden muss.

Ihre Aufgaben

· Professionelle Betreuung und Bewirtung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten, Familienangehörige, Pfleger

· Vor- und Nachbereitung des Restaurants sowie sämtlicher Servicebereiche

· Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während der gesamten Serviceschicht

· Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Pflege und weiteren Abteilungen

· Einhaltung höchster Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

· Enge und professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Chef de Service zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs

Ihr Profil

· Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Service der gehobenen Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld

· Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

· Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten selbstständig zu erkennen und umzusetzen

· Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung mit einem feinen Gespür für die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Patientinnen und Patienten

· Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Loyalität sind für Sie selbstverständlich

· Gepflegtes, professionelles Erscheinungsbild sowie ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen

· Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

· Führerschein Kategorie B sowie ein eigenes Fahrzeug sind aufgrund unseres Standortes erforderlich

Arbeitszeiten:

· Pensum: 100 %

· 5-Tage-Woche

· Arbeitszeit: täglich von 14:00 bis 22:00 Uhr

· Aktuell sind Sonntag und Montag unsere Ruhetage. Perspektivisch ist geplant, den Restaurantbetrieb auch am Wochenende anzubieten. Deshalb setzen wir eine grundsätzliche Bereitschaft für zukünftige Wochenendeinsätze voraus.
