Für unser Regionalzentrumin Gettnau suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Verstärkung für unser Team als:

Serviceleiter Beton\-, Tunnel\- und Bergbautechnik 100% (m/w) -----------------------------------------------------------------

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Servicebereichs Beton\-, Tunnel\- und Bergbautechnik
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Resultate sowie die operative Serviceorganisation
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Aftersales\-Bereichs und Ausbau neuer Serviceleistungen mit Fokus auf Serviceexzellenz und neue Dienstleistungen
  • Planung und Koordination der Servicetechniker und Werkstattmitarbeitenden
  • Akquisition von Ersatz,\- Werkstatt\- und Servicearbeiten
  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kundschaft sowie interner Mitarbeitender
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Prozesse und administrativer Abläufe
  • Weiterentwicklung und Coaching unserer Mitarbeitenden im fachlichen und persönlichen Bereich
  • Bereitschaft für Einsätze an Messen und Wochenenden

Was du für deine Aufgabe mitbringst

  • Technische Grundausbildung im Land\-, LKW\- oder Baumaschinenumfeld
  • Erfahrung als Service\- oder Werkstattleiter von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Motivationsfähigkeiten
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Technik und am Kundenkontakt
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie belastbare und loyale Persönlichkeit
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; gute Englisch\- und ösischkenntnisse
  • Gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office/ Microsoft Dynamics 365 von Vorteil)
