* Fachliche und personelle Führung unseres engagierten Serviceteams * Betreuung anspruchsvoller Objekte und aktiver Ausbau unseres Portfolio, durch Abschliessen von neuen Serviceverträgen * Erstellen von effizienten Ressourcen- und Routenplanungen, Koordination von Pikettdienst und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs bei Wartungen, Reparaturen und Inbetriebnahmen * Kalkulation von Serviceangeboten, Materialbeschaffung sowie Budgeteinhaltung und Abrechnung der Serviceaufträge * Sicherstellung des hohen Qualitätsstandard unserer Dienstleistungen und Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Grundausbildung EFZ mit langjähriger Erfahrung * Langjährige Erfahrung im Servicegeschäft der Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik * Führungserfahrung * Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung * Zuverlässige und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit mit einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild * Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Fahrausweis Kat. B sind zwingend
