Für unsere top-frequentierte Bäckerei-Filiale mit mediterranem Restaurant "tutto pane" in Wädenswil suchen wir eine aufgestellte Persönlichkeit die in der Gastgeberrolle aufblüht und unsere Gäste souverän und zuvorkommend bedient.Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie empfangen und betreuen unsere Gäste herzlich und sorgen für einen erstklassigen Service
  • Sie nehmen Bestellungen auf, servieren Speisen und Getränke und schaffen eine angenehme Atmosphäre
  • Sie bereiten unsere Kaffee-Spezialitäten mit Sorgfalt und Leidenschaft zu
  • Sie sorgen für einen gepflegten Gastraum und einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Küche und Verkauf zusammen und unterstützen Ihr Team dort, wo Hilfe gefragt ist
  • Sie halten unsere Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards jederzeit ein
  • Sie denken mit, packen an und tragen mit Ihrer positiven Art zu einem erfolgreichen Teamspirit bei

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfahrung im Service oder in der Gastronomie – eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität
  • Ein gepflegtes Auftreten sowie herzliche und professionelle Umgangsformen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
