Deine Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Gästebetreuung, Führen einer eigenen Station
  • Unterstützung der Serviceleitung und dessen Stellvertreter
  • Mitverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitverantwortung für die Tagesabrechnungen, Inventuren und Bestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Banketten und Empfängen (Geburtstage, Hochzeiten, geschäftliche Anlässe)
  • Mitarbeit bei Seminaren und Konferenzen (Kaffeepause, Lunch und Abendessen)
  • Umsetzung jahreszeitlicher Events (Weihnachten, 1. August, Ostern)
  • Gastgeber und Ansprechpartner für die Gäste in seiner Station
  • Kontrolle der Barin Bezug auf Ambiente, Sauberkeit und Ordnung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des F&B- und Wein-Angebots
  • Konstante Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards durch hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Ausführen von Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Einhaltung der HACCP Richtlinien

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Wein undSpirituosen
  • Positive und pflichtbewusste Persönlichkeit mit dem Willen neue Wege zu gehen
  • Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kreativität und Freude am Beruf
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Französischkenntnisse oder weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Begeisterungs- und Teamfähigkeit
