Ihr Aufgabengebiet

In dieser Funktion sind Sie für den fach- und termingerechten Service unserer Produkte in der Grossregion Zürich Ost verantwortlich. Sie sind vorwiegend bei unseren Privatkunden unterwegs und helfen gelegentlich auch auf der Baustelle bei Neumontagen aus. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Service-Arbeiten an unseren verschiedenen Storen- und Rollladenprodukten
  • Sauberes, fachgerechtes und selbstständiges Ausführen der Arbeiten
  • Direkte Terminvereinbarungen mit dem Kunden inklusive selbständiger Arbeitsplanung
  • Rapportieren an den Teamleiter Service
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitseinsätzen sowie zu gelegentlichen Sondereinsätzen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Polybauer:in, Storenmonteur:in oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Storenbau *zwingend*
  • Selbstständige, exakte Arbeitsweise, handwerklich geschickt, lösungsorientiert, schwindelfrei
  • Gute Umgangsformen, gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Leichter Umgang mit elektronischen Arbeitsmitteln wie Tablets, Apps, u.ä.
  • Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft saisonal in unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeitmodellen zu arbeiten
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B zwingend
