Au sein d-une équipe dynamique, tu es responsable du développement d-applications et de processus complexes. Tu analyses les besoins de la clientèle, développes des solutions innovantes et veilles à la réussite de leur mise en œuvre. Grâce à ton expertise technique et fonctionnelle sur Servicenow tu contribues de manière significative à la satisfaction de la clientèle. Tu accompagnes et assistes par ailleurs nos clients tout au long du projet afin de répondre de manière optimale à leurs besoins.

  • Configurations sur Servicenow avec l'intégration de nouveaux modules et applications visant à enrichir les plateformes client et  les adapter à leurs besoins tout en respectant les bonnes pratiques
  • Analyse des besoins et élaboration proactive des solutions appropriées alignées sur les bonnes pratiques
  • Collaboration dans un environnement d-équipe dynamique et agile avec des processus décisionnels courts
  • Soutien et conseils de haute qualité dans tous les processus avec  des mesures indépendantes et des connaissances spécialisées

Tes compétences

  • Connaissances techniques sur Servicenow avec certifications : Certified System Admin, CIS-ITSM, CIS-x
  • Connaissance des bases de données, de la programmation ou du développement de logiciels
  • Expérience des méthodes agiles et de la gestion de projet
  • Forte orientation client et service, combinée à un état d-esprit axé sur les solutions
  • Capacité à analyser des problèmes complexes et à élaborer des solutions
  • Flexibilité, Organisé, autonome avec une capacité à travailler sous pression et bonnes aptitudes à la communication
  • Diplôme (CFC, Uni, EPF ) dans le domaine concerné ou expérience pratique équivalente
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l-anglais et du français. L-allemand constitue un atout
