Als unabhängiges Familienunternehmen haben wir uns mit innovativen Produkten in zahlreichen Anwendungsgebieten starke Marktpositionen erarbeitet. Unsere Cutter werden rund um den Globus von namhaften Firmen aus der grafischen Industrie, der Verpackungs\-, Textil\- oder Lederbranche sowie von Verarbeitern von Composites eingesetzt. Zur Verstärkung unserer Service\&Support\-Abteilung suchen wir eine engagierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit für den technischen 1st Level Support.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Selbständige Durchführung von Installationen, Wartungen und Fehlerdiagnosen bei unseren Schweizer Kunden vor Ort
  • Erste Anlaufstelle und technischer Support aus dem Home\-Office
  • Aufnahme von Störungen sowie strukturierte Dokumentation der Fälle im Ticketsystem
  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung am Hauptsitz in Altstätten und weltweite Einsätze zur Unterstützung von Niederlassungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Pflege von Supportunterlagen, Wissensdatenbank und internen Anleitungen

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise in den Bereichen Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automation, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Freude daran, Störungen systematisch einzugrenzen und kundenorientierte Lösungen zu finden
  • Affinität zu Software, Netzwerken und digitalen Prozessen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Geduld und Freude am direkten Austausch mit Kunden und internen Fachstellen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässiger Reisetätigkeit in der Schweiz bis 80%
  • Gültiger Führerausweis (Kategorie B)
