Einleitung

Aufgaben

  • Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von pharmazeutischen Robotersystemen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Behebung technischer Störungen.
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Kunden im Umgang mit unseren Systemen.
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Serviceberichten.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Support und der Entwicklungsabteilung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Automationstechnik oder vergleichbar).
  • Erfahrung im technischen Service, idealerweise im Bereich Robotik oder Automatisierung.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektronik und Steuerungstechnik.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz und gelegentlich ins Ausland.
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B.
