Die Brechbühler AG ist ein KMU, das Analysegeräte für diverse Anwendungen vertreibt und unterhält.

AUFGABEN

  • Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Reparatur von Systemen und Zubehör der Marke Thermo
  • Fisher Scientific
  • Betreuung der zugehörigen Software in den Labors unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Durchführung von Geräte\-Demonstrationen sowie Schulung und Einweisung der Kundschaft in Anwendung und Wartung
  • Präzise technische und organisatorische Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von
  • Serviceeinsätzen
  • Technische und anwendungsspezifische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kundschaft
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Service\- und Supportorganisation, insbesondere bei Qualitätsberichten und technischer Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung beim Verkauf von Serviceleistungen, beispielsweise Serviceverträgen, Validierungen und Upgrades

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL

  • Erfahrung als Servicetechniker/in in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant/in mit Erfahrung im Bereich GC/GC\-MS; alternativ
  • abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft, Führerausweis; hauptsächlich Einsätze in der Deutschschweiz, vereinzelt auch in Europa und Übersee
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ösisch\- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT\-Hardware und \-Software
  • Kenntnisse von Chromeleon und TraceFinder von Vorteil
