Als Servicetechniker übernehmen Sie die Installation, Wartung, Störungsbehebung und Optimierung von CNC\-Bearbeitungszentren direkt beim Kunden. Dabei arbeiten Sie weitgehend selbstständig und sind die technische Ansprechperson für Anwender vor Ort.

Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen, das auf hochpräzise CNC\-Bearbeitungslösungen für Branchen wie Medizintechnik, Luftfahrt, Uhrenindustrie und Präzisionsmechanik spezialisiert ist. Mit innovativen Technologien und einem umfassenden Serviceangebot begleitet das Unternehmen seine Kunden über den gesamten Lebenszyklus ihrer Anlagen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von CNC\-Bearbeitungszentren beim Kunden.
  • Durchführung von vorbeugenden und korrektiven Wartungsarbeiten.
  • Analyse und Behebung von mechanischen, elektrischen und steuerungstechnischen Störungen.
  • Reparatur und Wiederinbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen.
  • Durchführung von Retrofit\- und Modernisierungsprojekten.
  • Technische Beratung und Schulung der Kunden vor Ort.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Serviceberichten und Dokumentationen.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle und lösungsorientierte Einsätze.

Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker, Automatiker, Mechatroniker, Elektriker oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Umfeld von CNC\-Werkzeugmaschinen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbehebung.
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Hydraulik, Pneumatik und Elektrotechnik.
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Gute Deutsch\- sowie Englischkenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten und gelegentlichen Übernachtungen ausser .
