In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst du folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Wartungsarbeiten im Bereich HLK bei verschiedenen Kunden
  • Reparaturen an HLK\-Anlagen
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden bei der Wartung und Betreuung der haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Koordination von verschiedenen Leistungserbringungen
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Aufgaben im Gebäudeunterhalt

Du bist Dienstleister:in aus Überzeugung. Positives Feedback motiviert dich und spornt dich zu weiteren Topleistungen an. Folgende Voraussetzungen bringst du mit:

  • Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung und Klima
  • Weiterbildung als Instandhaltungsfachperson von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Elektrobereich von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung mit HLK\-Anlagen und in der Instandhaltung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft für Piketteinsätze
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
