Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit im Aussendienst für die Deutschschweiz.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Störungsbehebung und Reparaturen an CNC\-gesteuerten Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Wartungen und Revisionen
  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Instruktion der Kunden vor Ort
  • Technischer Support per Telefon und/oder Remote\-Zugriff
  • Unterstützung bei Anwendungs\- und Bedienfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferwerken und internen Fachstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Polymechaniker, Automatiker, Land\-/Baumaschinenmechaniker oder vergleichbar)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektrotechnik und Pneumatik
  • Kenntnis komplexer technischer Maschinen und moderner Steuerungssysteme
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe IT\- und Softwareaffinität sowie ein grosses Interesse daran, sich mit der Technologie weiterzuentwickeln
  • Interesse an digitalen Servicetools
  • Gute Englisch\- oder Italienischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit unseren Lieferanten von Vorteil
  • Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
