Servicetechniker/-in HLKS / Hauswart/-in (80-100%)

Wir sind ein Team von 8  Fachpersonen Technik und bewirtschaften, unterhalten und entwickeln gemeinsam die Infrastruktur (25 Gebäude, 10 Fahrzeuge, div. Betriebe) der Stiftung Wagerenhof.

Bei uns bringst du deine HLKS-Fachkompetenz dort ein, wo sie langfristig Wirkung entfalten kann: an einem festen Standort statt täglich unterwegs von Kunde zu Kunde. Neben der fachlichen Arbeit im Bereich HLKS gehören auch allgemeine hauswartliche Tätigkeiten zu deinem Arbeitsalltag und sorgen für Vielfalt. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt dazu bei, dass sich unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner sowie Mitarbeitenden in einem funktionierenden und sicheren Umfeld wohlfühlen.

Wagerenhof

Die Stiftung Wagerenhof (liebevoll «Wagi» genannt) in Uster ist seit über 100 Jahren ein bleibendes Zuhause für rund 250 Menschen mit mehrfacher, kognitiver Beeinträchtigung und bietet über 50 Mitarbeitenden mit Unterstützungsbedarf begleitete Arbeitsplätze. Wir sind eine anerkannte, gemeinnützige Institution mit einem sozialen Auftrag. Mit einem bedarfsorientierten Angebot an Wohn- und Pflegeplätzen sowie verschiedenen Tages- und Freizeitangeboten fördern wir die Lebensqualität, Teilhabe und Selbstbestimmung unserer Bewohnenden. Zu den Besonderheiten des Wagerenhofs gehören Grösse und Dörflicharakter, der Raum für Begegnung ermöglicht. Dafür übergeben wir dir die Verantwortung:

  • Fach- und sachgerechte Auftragserledigung im Bereich Haustechnik (HLKS) und Gebäudeautomatisation und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs
  • Fach- und sachgerechter Unterhalt / Werterhaltung von Gebäuden (Hausansprechpartner)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachleuten (insbesondere Heizung, Sanitär, Klima, Lüftung, Elektro etc.)
  • Übernahme von Pikettdiensten vor Ort (Abend, Wochenende) und via Piketthandy in der Nacht im Wechsel mit den 8 Teamkollegen

Was du mitbringst:

  • fundierte HLKS Erfahrung (Service, Montage), Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung und Mitarbeitenden mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Allrounder im handwerklichen Bereich
  • gute Kenntnisse in EDV-Anwendung und Gebäudeautomatisation
