Das bietet dir die Stelle ###

  • Dein Arbeitstag findet dort statt, wo unsere Kundschaft ist: Täglich bist du in der Region Ost unterwegs, lieferst Haushaltsgeräte aus, montierst und demontierst sie fachgerecht und stellst eine einwandfreie Installation sicher
  • Du nimmst vor Ort die notwendigen Anpassungen vor und stellst sicher, dass jedes Gerät zuverlässig funktioniert und optimal in die bestehende Umgebung passt
  • Du besprichst mit Endverbraucher:innen und Wiederverkäufer:innen Platzierungs-, Montage-, Einbau- und Anschlussmöglichkeiten
  • In einem gezielten Training an unserem Hauptsitz in Zug baust du dein Produktwissen Schritt für Schritt auf. So kannst du unsere Kundschaft kompetent beraten und Geräte verständlich erklären
  • Du zeigst den Benutzer:innen, wie sie ihre Geräte richtig bedienen und pflegen - persönlich, verständlich und auf ihre Bedürfnisse abgestimmt

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit ###

  • Du hast eine handwerkliche Ausbildung mit EFZ oder EBA abgeschlossen - zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Elektro, Sanitär, Schreinerhandwerk, Gebäudetechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise bringst du gute elektrotechnische Kenntnisse sowie erste Berufserfahrung mit - gerne auch aus dem Service-, Montage- oder Installationsumfeld
  • Du besitzt bereits die Bewilligung nach NIV Art. 15 oder bist bereit, diese Weiterbildung mit Unterstützung von V-ZUG zu absolvieren und die anschliessende Prüfung abzulegen
  • Du arbeitest gerne praktisch, packst mit an und findest auch bei anspruchsvollen Einbausituationen eine passende Lösung. Dabei behältst du den Blick fürs Detail und setzt auf saubere, nachhaltige Arbeit
  • Der Kontakt mit Menschen macht dir Freude. Du trittst freundlich, zuverlässig und professionell auf und verstehst es, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kundschaft ernst zu nehmen
  • Du bist körperlich fit und bereit, auch körperlich anspruchsvolle Aufgaben sicher und sorgfältig zu übernehmen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kommunizierst klar, verständlich und kundenorientiert
  • Ein gültiger Führerausweis der Kategorie B ist für deine tägliche Arbeit selbstverständlich
