Wenn ein V-ZUG Gerät bei unseren Kundinnen und Kunden einmal nicht so läuft, wie es soll, kommt unser Field Service ins Spiel. Unsere Servicetechniker:innen sind täglich unterwegs - kompetent, lösungsorientiert und mit dem Anspruch, aus einem Serviceeinsatz ein gutes Kundenerlebnis zu machen.

Mit 16 Servicestandorten in der ganzen Schweiz sind wir nah bei unseren Kundinnen und Kunden. Ob Diagnose, Reparatur, Wartung oder persönliche Beratung: Wir verbinden technisches Know-how mit echtem Serviceverständnis. Dabei arbeiten wir eigenverantwortlich in unseren Regionen, bleiben aber als Team eng vernetzt - digital, im täglichen Austausch und mit dem gemeinsamen Ziel, dass V-ZUG auch nach dem Kauf begeistert.

Das bietet dir die Stelle ###

  • Du bist in deinem wohnortnahen Einsatzgebiet selbstständig unterwegs und bringst hochwertige Küchengeräte wieder zum Laufen. Von Diagnose und Reparatur über Revision bis zur Wartung begegnest du täglich neuen Situationen und unterschiedlichsten Geräten. Ob Backofen, Steamer, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank oder Dunstabzug, Abwechslung ist garantiert
  • Bei deinen Einsätzen zählt deine fachliche Einschätzung. Du entscheidest, wann sich eine Reparatur lohnt und wann ein Austausch die bessere Lösung ist, erstellst passende Offerten und begleitest die Kundschaft mit einer ehrlichen und transparenten Empfehlung
  • Dein Know-how endet nicht bei der Technik. Im direkten Austausch mit der Kundschaft gibst du praktische Tipps zur Bedienung, Pflege und Wartung, klärst Fragen rund um Anschluss und Einbau und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Geräte auch langfristig Freude machen
  • Mit deinem Tablet hast du alles Wichtige direkt zur Hand und dokumentierst deine Einsätze, Servicerapporte und Offerten einfach digital. So bleibt dir der Überblick über deinen Arbeitstag und deine Aufträge
  • Auch wenn du viel selbstständig unterwegs bist, bist du Teil eines Teams. Im täglichen Austausch mit dem Servicecenter teilt ihr Erfahrungen und Lösungen, während dich Service Bulletins und technische Updates fachlich auf dem Laufenden halten. So wächst dein Know-how mit jedem Einsatz weiter

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit ###

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder elektrotechnische Grundausbildung (EFZ oder EBA) - idealerweise als Elektroinstallateur:in, Elektroniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
  • Du bringst solide elektrotechnische Kenntnisse mit und weisst, wie du dich systematisch, sicher und lösungsorientiert an ein unbekanntes Gerät herantastest. Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über die NIV-15-Bewilligung oder bist bereit, die erforderliche Weiterbildung bei uns zu absolvieren
  • Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und kannst technische Zusammenhänge so erklären, dass sie auch ohne technisches Vorwissen verständlich werden - freundlich, klar und auf Augenhöhe
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und verlässlich. Auch wenn der Zeitplan einmal eng ist, findest du einen Weg, Qualität, Sorgfalt und Termintreue zusammenzubringen
  • Du bist körperlich fit und packst bei anspruchsvollen Einsätzen mit an - ob bei engen Einbausituationen, schweren Geräten oder komplexen Anschlüssen in einer bestehenden Küche
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch; weitere Sprachen sind ein echtes Plus
  • Du besitzt einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B
