Das bietet dir die Stelle ###

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Diagnose, Reparatur, Revision und Wartung von Waschmaschinen und Trocknern - direkt bei Kundinnen und Kunden zu Hause, in einem wohnortnahen Einsatzgebiet. Kein Tag ist wie der andere: Jeder Einsatz bringt eine neue Situation, ein neues Gerät, eine neue Herausforderung
  • Du stellst verbindliche Reparaturofferten und erkennst, wann eine Reparatur sinnvoll ist - und wann ein Austausch die ehrlichere Empfehlung ist. Diese Einschätzung liegt in deiner Hand, und du trägst sie mit dem nötigen Fachwissen und Rückgrat
  • Du bist nicht nur Techniker:in, sondern auch Berater:in: Du instruierst die Kundschaft über Bedienung, Pflege und Wartung ihrer Geräte, klärst Anschlussmöglichkeiten und nimmst dir die Zeit, Fragen wirklich zu beantworten - nicht abzuhaken
  • Du dokumentierst deine Einsätze digital über Tablet: Servicerapporte, Tagesabschlüsse, Offerten - sauber, vollständig und zeitnah. Das ist Teil des Handwerks
  • Du tauschst dich täglich im Servicecenter aus - im Morning-Meeting mit deinem Team - und bleibst über Service Bulletins und technische Updates auf dem neuesten Stand. Stillstand gibt es hier nicht, weder technisch noch persönlich

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit ###

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder elektrotechnische Grundausbildung (EFZ oder EBA) - idealerweise als Elektroinstallateur:in, Elektroniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
  • Du bringst solide elektrotechnische Kenntnisse mit und weisst, wie man sich an ein unbekanntes Gerät herantastet - systematisch, sicher und ohne gleich vom Worst Case auszugehen. Idealerweise bringst du die NIV 15 Bewilligung bereits mit oder bist motiviert, die erforderliche Weiterbildung bei uns zu absolvieren
  • Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und bringst die Fähigkeit mit, technische Sachverhalte so zu erklären, dass sie bei jemandem ankommen, der kein Techniker ist - freundlich, klar, auf Augenhöhe
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und verlässlich: Du weisst, dass es an manchen Tagen eng wird mit dem Zeitplan, und du findest trotzdem einen Weg, Qualität und Termintreue unter einen Hut zu bringen
  • Du bist körperlich fit und hast keine Scheu vor anspruchsvollen Einsätzen - ob Keller, Waschküche oder Einbausituation, die beim ersten Hinschauen rätselhaft wirkt
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Französisch; weitere Sprachen sind ein echtes Plus
  • Du hast einen Führerausweis Kategorie B
