Pour notre client, une entreprise établie et techniquement innovante dans le domaine de la technologie des portes et des systèmes d'accès, nous recherchons un/e technicien/ne de service portes & systèmes d'accès (h/f/d) engagé/e. Tu es principalement en déplacement chez nos clients dans toute la Suisse et veilles à ce que les systèmes modernes de portes et d'accès fonctionnent de manière fiable.

Tes tâches ####

  • Tu installes et mets en service des portes automatiques et systèmes d'accès chez les clients dans toute la Suisse
  • Tu remets les installations à nos clients et réalises des formations professionnelles sur place
  • Tu effectues des travaux de service, d'entretien et de réparation sur les installations existantes
  • Tu assumes le service de garde selon la planification des interventions
  • Tu conseilles nos clients de manière techniquement compétente et trouves des solutions adaptées directement sur place
  • Tu clarifies les chantiers, prends les mesures et soutiens la mise en œuvre technique
  • Tu identifies les besoins supplémentaires des clients et conseilles sur les contrats d'entretien, modernisations et pièces de rechange

Ton profil ####

  • Tu as une formation de base artisanale achevée, par exemple dans le bâtiment, le métal, le bois ou un métier comparable
  • Tu possèdes une bonne compréhension technique de la mécanique et de l'électricité
  • Tu as plusieurs années d'expérience sur les chantiers et es habitué/e à travailler de manière autonome
  • Tu communiques très bien en allemand ; des connaissances en français ou en italien sont un plus
  • Tu possèdes le permis de conduire catégorie B
  • Tu es sûr/e de toi, amical/e et orienté/e client, et tu aimes communiquer avec les clients
  • Tu travailles de manière fiable, autonome et orientée solutions, et gardes une vue d'ensemble même dans les situations stressantes
  • Tu prends plaisir à des missions variées et à des défis techniques directement chez le client
