Das Unternehmen berät und betreut anspruchsvolle Kunden aus dem Werkzeug- und Formenbau sowie aus Hightech-Branchen wie Medizintechnik, Aerospace und Präzisionsmechanik. Neben dem Verkauf bietet neutec umfassende Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Service, Schulung und Projektunterstützung an.

Für die Verstärkung des Serviceteams suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden eine technisch ambitionierte Persönlichkeit.

Servicetechniker:in Werkzeugmaschinen & Automation

z.B. Polymechaniker / Automatiker / Mechatroniker

Wichtig: Die Servicetechniker sind schweizweit im Einsatz und starten ihre Einsätze direkt von ihrem Wohnort aus zu den Kunden. Deshalb ist der Wohnort nicht an den Firmenstandort Immensee (ZG) gebunden. Bewerbungen aus der ganzen Schweiz sind willkommen.

Diese vielseitige Technikeraufgabe umfasst einerseits die Installation und Inbetriebnahme moderner CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen und Automationslösungen bei Kunden aus Industrie und Präzisionsfertigung. Dazu gehören das Einrichten und Optimieren der Maschinen, das Parametrieren von Steuerungen sowie das Abstimmen der gesamten Anlagen beim Kunden vor Ort.

Andererseits sind Sie als Servicetechniker für Wartung, Reparaturen und technische Unterstützung der bestehenden Maschinenanlagen bei gewerblichen und industriellen Kunden in der Schweiz verantwortlich. Sie analysieren Störungen, führen mechanische und elektrotechnische Arbeiten durch und sorgen dafür, dass die Anlagen unserer Kunden zuverlässig und präzise arbeiten.

Die intensive maschinen- und anlagenspezifische Ausbildung erfolgt «on the job» innerhalb des erfahrenen Serviceteams sowie ergänzend bei Herstellern und Technologiepartnern. Als Servicetechniker steht Ihnen selbstverständlich ein modern ausgestattetes Servicefahrzeug, das Sie auch privat nutzen können, zur Verfügung. Wir suchen einen «Praktiker» und keinen «Theoretiker».

Ihr Profil

Die fachlichen Voraussetzungen für diese selbständige Aufgabe sind beispielsweise:

abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker, Automatiker, Mechatroniker, Landmaschinen- oder Nutzfahrzeugmechaniker o.ä.

oder eine mechanische Ausbildung mit elektrotechnischer Weiterbildung / Erfahrung

Kenntnisse in CNC-Technik, Steuerungen, Hydraulik oder Pneumatik sind von Vorteil

Freude an selbständiger Servicearbeit und Kundenkontakt

Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und verstehen Englisch

Als geeigneter Bewerber besitzen Sie neben den erwähnten technischen Voraussetzungen ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein seriöses und kundenorientiertes Auftreten.
