In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion sorgen Sie bei Kunden weltweit für eine hohe Verfügbarkeit komplexer Maschinen und Anlagen.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Technische Ansprechperson für Kunden bei Fragen und Störungen an elektrischen Anlagen
  • Selbstständige Analyse und Behebung elektrischer Fehler direkt beim Kunden
  • Durchführung von Maschinenchecks, Revisionen und Reparatureinsätzen
  • Durchführung von technischen Schulungen für Kunden und deren Mitarbeitende
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Einsatzberichten sowie technischen Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei Montagearbeiten, Inbetriebnahmen und Maschinenabnahmen
  • Weltweite Serviceeinsätze mit einer Reisetätigkeit von rund 80 bis 100 %

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Automatiker EFZ, Elektroniker EFZ, Elektroinstallateur oder mechanische Grundausbildung mit guten Fachkenntnissen im Berich Elektrotechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Montage, Installation oder Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Fliessend Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein ist zwingend
