Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine ambitionierte und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Servicetechniker International (m/w/d). Sie betreuen internationale Kunden, führen weltweite Serviceeinsätze durch und unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung moderner Mess- und Regeltechnik.

Servicetechniker International (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Betreuung internationaler Kunden bei Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen und technischen Fragen
  • Durchführung weltweiter Serviceeinsätze mit einem Reiseanteil von ca. 50 %
  • Technische Schulung und Instruktion von Kunden vor Ort und digital
  • Unterstützung bei Messen sowie der Vertriebsorganisation und Landesvertretungen
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Layouts und Schemata
  • Rückführung von Serviceerkenntnissen in die Produktentwicklung
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise als Elektroniker EFZ oder vergleichbar
  • Hohe Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Dienstreisen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch-, Italienisch- und Spanischkenntnisse
  • Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähig und offen für neue Technologien und Aufgaben
