Zur Verstärkung unseres UL\\-Teams (Ultrasound) in der Region Deutschschweiz suchen wir eine enthusiastische Persönlichkeit per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. \*\*Ihre Aufgaben\*\* \* Wartung, Reparatur und Vornehmen von sicherheitstechnischen Kontrollen bei UL\\-Systemen (Ultraschallsystemen) im Hard\\- und Softwarebereich \* Bestellung von Ersatzteilen und Lagerüberwachung \* Vornehmen von Modifikationen und Updates bei UL\\-Systemen \* Durchführen von Gerätebereitstellungen im UL\\-Bereich (Kunden\\- und Demogeräte) \* Integration von UL\\-Systemen in der Netzwerkinfrastruktur der Kunden \* Selbstständige Kundenbetreuung: Beratung der Kunden in allen Servicebelangen, technische Einweisung der Kunden und Betreibung vom Remote\\-Service \* Vornehmen von Problemidentifikation und \\-dokumentation \* Führung des Gerätebuches und der technischen Dokumentation Dies unter der Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften und Richtlinien von Canon in Bezug auf Qualität, Umwelt und Informationssicherheit. \*\*Das bringen Sie mit\*\* \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich der Elektrotechnik, Medizintechnik, Informationstechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar \* Erfahrung in der Installation, Reparatur und Wartung technischer Systeme (von Vorteil: im medizinischen Bereich und/oder EDV) \* Gute technische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows\\-Betriebssystem, PC\\-Hardware und Netzwerktechnik \* Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse \* Führerausweis Kat.
