Deine Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du für Wartungs- und Unterhaltsarbeiten, wie auch für kleine Montagen im Bereich Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen zuständig. Ebenso gehören selbständige Störungsbehebungen, Reparaturen, Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen und Luftmengenmessungen sowie Installation und Wartung von Split VRF-Anlagen zum breiten und spannenden Aufgabengebiet. Du bist zuständig für die Entgegennahme und Behebung aller Störungen an den zugewiesenen Anlagen. Als Sachbearbeiter/in leistest du zudem Unterstützung im Büro (40%-60%). Du disponierst die Arbeiten und vereinbarst Termine mit den Kunden. Die Abwicklung von Auftragslösungen bis Erarbeitung und der Verrechnung liegt in deiner Verantwortung, wie auch die Akquise von Reparatur- und Wartungsaufträgen.

Deine Stärken

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik und/oder Gebäudetechnik mit Kenntnissen in der Lüftung und Klima-/Kältetechnik absolviert
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich mit und hast gute elektrotechnische Kenntnisse
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Montage und Wartung von Split und VRF Anlagen mit einer entsprechenden Bewilligung
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast ein gewandtes und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse im MS Office Bereich
  • Du besitzt den Führerschein Kat. B ggf. auch Anhängerprüfung
