Technik im Griff. Kunden im Fokus. Und gerne auch mal selbst mit anpacken. In dieser Funktion sind Sie weit mehr als nur für Reparaturen zuständig. Sie sind bei unseren Kunden vor Ort, beraten bei technischen Fragestellungen, suchen Lösungen bei Störungen und tragen mit Ihrem Auftreten wesentlich dazu bei, wie unser Unternehmen nach aussen wahrgenommen wird. Gleichzeitig wirken Sie aktiv daran mit, unseren Service weiterzuentwickeln und auszubauen.

Ihre Aufgaben: Ihr Arbeitsalltag ist vielseitig und verbindet Technik, Kundenkontakt und selbstständiges Arbeiten. Zu Ihren wesentlichen Aufgaben gehören:

- Service- und Installationsberatung direkt vor Ort - Massaufnahmen an bestehenden Wärmetauschern für Ersatzlieferungen Reparatur- und Austauscharbeiten - technische Beratung von Kunden, beispielsweise zu Anschlüssen und Verrohrungen - Störungssuche und, wenn möglich, direkte Reparatur an bestehenden Wärme- und Kälteanlagen - Beurteilung von Schäden und Mängeln sowie Dokumentation der Situation für die Projektleitung - Erstellung von Servicerapporten inklusive Druckprüfprotokollen und Foto- dokumentation - Reinigungs-, Service- und Unterhaltsarbeiten an verschiedenen Wärmetauschern sowie Nass- und Trockenkühlern - Nachbearbeitung und Koordination von Serviceaufträgen. Daneben gehören auch praktische Arbeiten wie der Eigen- und Umbau von Wärmetauschern, Druckprüfungen, Schadensbegutachtungen sowie gewisse Arbeiten rund um Werkstatt und Geschäftsfahrzeuge zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.

Für diese Aufgabe suchen wir eine Person mit einem technischen Hintergrund, beispielsweise als Sanitär- oder Heizungsmonteur, idealerweise bereits mit Erfahrung im Servicebereich. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Eigeninitiative, Kundenorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, denken vernetzt und bleiben auch dann lösungsorientiert, wenn es technisch einmal anspruchsvoller wird. Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit gehören ebenfalls zu den Eigenschaften, die für diese Funktion wichtig sind.
