Für unseren Kunden, ein international erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Bereich professioneller Kaffeesysteme, suchen wir eine selbstständige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als Servicetechniker Zentralschweiz (m/w/d). In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion sind Sie direkt bei Kunden vor Ort im Einsatz und sorgen mit Ihrem technischen Know-how für einen zuverlässigen Betrieb moderner Kaffeemaschinen.

Servicetechniker Zentralschweiz (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Durchführung von Montage-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an professionellen Kaffeemaschinen
  • Analyse und Behebung von technischen Störungen direkt beim Kunden
  • Sicherstellung der einwandfreien Funktion und Qualität der Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Neuinstallationen sowie Deinstallationen
  • Selbstständige Planung und Organisation der täglichen Serviceeinsätze
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation und Rapportierung der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Kompetente und freundliche Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort
  • Übernahme von Pikettdiensten gemäss Einsatzplanung

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, z. B. als Automechatroniker, Elektromechaniker, Polymechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung als Servicetechniker von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an selbstständiger Fehlersuche
  • Gute Informatikkenntnisse in MS Office und Outlook, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kundenorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Wohnsitz in der Zentralschweiz
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst
