-Chef·fe d’Orchestre du Shift 🎯 Tu pilotes la salle, la cuisine, coordonnes chaque poste et assures un service rapide, fluide et légendaire, du premier client à la dernière commande. -Leader de l’Équipe 👑 Véritable coach sur le terrain, tu motives, accompagnes et fais grandir ton équipe. Tu repères les talents, soutiens les nouveaux et maintiens une ambiance positive, même sous pression. -Gardien·ne des Standards 🔥🧼 Qualité, hygiène, sécurité alimentaire et respect des procédures : tu veilles à ce que tout soit irréprochable.
