Wir gestalten Zürich von Grund auf: lebenswert und klimaneutral. Bringen Sie Ihr Fachwissen ein und arbeiten Sie mit uns an einer zukunftsgerechten Stadt. Für den Geschäftsbereich Werterhaltung suchen wir ab 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung Verstärkung.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie stellen sicher, dass die gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben zur Arbeitssicherheit auf den Werkhöfen eingehalten werden.
  • Sie entwickeln das Sicherheitssystem weiter und stellen dessen Bewirtschaftung sicher.
  • Sie führen die BeSiBe auf den Werkhöfen fachlich und unterstützen sie bei Fragen zur Arbeitssicherheit.
  • Sie koordinieren und vertreten die sicherheitsrelevanten Themen im Fachbereich Ausführung, insbesondere Absenzenmanagement, betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement und Notfallorganisation.
  • Sie unterstützen die Notfallorganisation und die betriebliche Pandemieplanung im gesamten Tiefbauamt.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in technischer oder handwerklicher Richtung sowie Weiterbildung zum/zur Spezialisten\*in ASGS mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbarer Weiterbildung
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B zwingend erforderlich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bau- oder Handwerksbranche
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen (SAP von Vorteil)
  • Ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
