Deine Hauptaufgaben

Brandschutz:

  • Ansprechperson für Fragen des betrieblichen Brandschutzes
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Gesetzen, Vorschriften und Weisungen; Aufdecken von Schwachstellen und Vorschlagen von Massnahmen zur Behebung
  • Durchführung von Brandschutzkontrollrundgängen in allen Gebäuden inkl. Dokumentation
  • Begleitung feuerpolizeilicher Kontrollen und Veranlassen von Mängelbehebungen
  • Administration und Durchführung der Feuerlöschkurse zur Ausbildung des Personals über das Verhalten im Brandfall
  • Übernahme von weiteren Brandschutzaufgaben nach Absprache mit dem SiBe Brandschutz-Team
  • Unterstützung bei Notfallübungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bauherrenvertreter für den Brandschutz und dem Fachverantwortlichen technischer Brandschutz

  Feuerwehr:

  • Kadermitglied der Betriebsfeuerwehr
  • Materialwart Feuerwehrdepot

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung EFZ oder gleichwertig
  • Sicherheitsbeauftragte:r für den Brandschutz mit Zertifikat
  • Weitere Ausbildungen im Brandschutz von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Brandschutz sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der VKF-Richtlinie
  • Erfahrung mit periodischen Kontrollen von Vorteil
  • Feuerwehrerfahrung und Bereitschaft, in der Betriebsfeuerwehr mitzuwirken
  • Kadererfahrung in einer Feuerwehr von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, verhandlungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge in einem vernetzten Umfeld schnell zu erfassen und als Bindeglied zwischen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen zu agieren
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsverständnis, guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in deutscher Sprache, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
