Sicherheitsbeauftragte/ \-r (SIBE) / Betriebsunterhalt 80 \-100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Aufgaben des Sicherheitsbeauftragten (SIBE) Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz und sorgst für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften im gesamten Haus.
  • Du bist für die Instandstellung und den Unterhalt der Gebäude und der Umgebung verantwortlich.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Ausführung oder Koordination sämtlicher technischer, elektrischer und sanitärer Arbeiten im Bereich Betriebsunterhalt.
  • Bei Umzügen und Wohnungsabnahmen hilfst du bei der reibungslosen Organisation mit.
  • Behebung von Störungen bei Heizungs\-, Lüftungs\-, Starkstrom und Schwachstrominstallationen sowie der Schliessanlage.
  • Du richtest Telefone, TV Geräte, Glocken und weitere Anlagen in unseren Bewohnerzimmer ein.
  • Du sorgst für eine fachgerechte und umweltschonenden Entsorgung der anfallenden Materialien und Abfälle.
  • Du führst saisonale und korrekte Gartenarbeiten durch.
  • Du verwaltest die Schlüssel unseres Hauses.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Fachfrau/\-mann Betriebsunterhalt oder gleichwertig.
  • Weiterbildung als SIBE.
  • Du scheust körperliche Arbeit nicht und bist bereit, Pikettdienste zu übernehmen.
  • Mit deiner zuverlässigen, selbstständigen und exakten Arbeitsweise stellst du eine hohe Qualität in deinem Verantwortungsbereich sicher.
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen und begegnest unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern respektvoll, freundlich und mit Einfühlungsvermögen.
  • Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Führerscheinklasse B ist Voraussetzung.
