Sie möchten mit Ihrer Arbeit zur Sicherheit der vielfältigen Nutzer von Verkehrsinfrastrukturen beitragen? **Das Kantonale Tiefbauamt**betreut rund 740 km Kantonsstrassen -- und Sie sorgen mit verlässlicher Prüfung und Durchsetzung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen dafür, dass die Kantonsstrassen für alle sicher sind. Schwachstellen eruieren Sie mit umfangreichen Datenerhebungen und -analysen und Sie entwickeln darauf basierend Verbesserungsvorschläge und unterstützen die Umsetzung. Für unsere Abteilung Projekt Management Verkehr suchen wir eine selbstständige Persönlichkeit, die ihr Fachwissen in ein vielseitiges Aufgabenfeld einbringen will.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Systematische Sicherheitsbeurteilung des bestehenden Kantonsstrassennetzes (RSI, EUM, BSM, NSM) * Begleitung und Beurteilung von Planungen (RIA, RSA) * Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Projektleitenden, Arbeitsgruppen, Kommissionen und Behörden bei Verkehrssicherheitsfragen * Führen von Katastern mit sicherheitsrelevanten Inhalten (Fussgängerstreifen-, Rückhaltesystemkataster etc.).

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Eine abgeschlossene Fachhochschulausbildung in den Bereichen Raumplanung oder Verkehr oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und Weiterbildungen im Bereich Verkehrs- bzw. Strassensicherheit (ISSI) * Einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung und / oder Überwachung der Verkehrssicherheit * Umsichtiger, adressatengerechter Umgang mit den vielfältigen Anspruchsgruppen * Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen * Vernetztes, analytisches Denken und zielorientiertes Arbeiten zur Entwicklung von Lösungen * Gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Normen und Gesetzeswesen * Freude am Einbringen der eigenen Fachkompetenz im Austausch mit Projektverantwortlichen
