Sicherheitsbeauftragter (m/w/d) ===============================

DAS KÖNNEN SIE BEI UNS BEWEGEN

  • Betreuung und Beratung der Geschäftsleitung, der Bereiche sowie der Linienvorgesetzten zu gesetzlichen Anforderungen, Risiken und Präventionsmassnahmen
  • Unterstützung der Bauführung und der Kalkulation in der Offertphase und bei der AVOR von Sicherheits\- und Gesundheitsschutzkonzepten
  • Kontrolle und Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits auf Baustellen, Werkhöfen sowie an den Bürostandorten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialisten ASGS in den Arbeitsgemeinschaften (ARGE) und in der Gruppe
  • Abklärung von Unfällen, Beinaheereignissen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorkommnissen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von entsprechenden Massnahmen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des betrieblichen ASA\-Sicherheitssystems inklusive Definition von Jahreszielen, Schwer\-punktprogrammen und Kampagnen
  • Erarbeitung, Aktualisierung und verständliche Kommunikation von Sicherheitsregeln, Arbeitsanweisungen, Checklisten und Präventionsunterlagen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsförderung (ASGF) und dem HR

SIE HABEN BEREITS FOLGENDE GRUNDSTEINE GELEGT

  • abgeschlossene technische Grundbildung mit weiterführender Ausbildung zum Vorarbeiter, Polier oder gleichwertig sowie Weiterbildung zum Spezialisten ASGS
  • fundierte Kenntnisse der schweizerischen ASGS\-Rechtsgrundlagen, insbesondere UVG, VUV, ArG, BauAV und EKAS\-Richtlinie 6508
  • Praxis in Gefährdungsermittlung, Sicherheitskonzepten, Audits und Unfallabklärungen
  • gute Kenntnisse typischer Bauverfahren, Arbeitsmittel und besonderer Gefährdungen in der Baubranche
  • sichere schriftliche Dokumentation sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und HSE\-Systemen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
  • engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Empathie
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Kantons Bern, Arbeitsort Moosseedorf
