Ihre Aufgaben:

Fachliche sowie disziplinarische Leitung des Instandhaltungsteams mit drei Mitarbeitenden Gewährleistung einer hohen Verfügbarkeit von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie Entwicklung und Pflege präventiver Wartungspläne Weiterentwicklung der Instandhaltungsstrategie sowie Festlegung von Wartungsrichtlinien Aufbau, Pflege und Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheitsstrukturen Planung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Sicherheitskonzepts Durchführung von Gefährdungsanalysen, Risikobewertungen und Unfalluntersuchungen sowie Ableitung, Definition und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen Sicherstellung sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit Verantwortung für die interne Brandschutz- und Notfallorganisation sowie deren Betreuung Prüfung und Mitgestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen, Arbeitsmitteln und persönlicher Schutzausrüstung Beratung der Geschäftsleitung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes Planung und Begleitung externer Audits sowie Durchführung von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen Ihre Erfahrungen:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Polymechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im industriellen Umfeld sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung der Instandhaltung und als Sicherheitsverantwortlicher Erfolgreich absolvierte Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (ASGS) ein eidgenössischer Fachausweis als ASGS-Spezialist stellt einen zusätzlichen Vorteil dar Eine weiterführende Qualifikation im Bereich Instandhaltung ist von Vorteil Ausgeprägtes technisches Know-how sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse Fundierte Kenntnisse der EKAS-Richtlinien, VKF-Vorschriften sowie des Arbeitsgesetzes Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsstärke Überzeugendes Auftreten sowie klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation auf allen Hierarchieebenen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch sowie weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Anwendungen sowie versierte IT-Anwenderkenntnisse Tadelloser Leumund
