Sicherheitschef (SC) Gleisbereich (m/w/d) 60- 100 %

Deine Aufgaben - Du sorgst für die Sicherheit bei Arbeiten im Gleisbereich und stellst die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und betrieblichen Vorgaben sicher. - Du planst, organisierst und überwachst Sicherheitseinsätze sowie den Einsatz von Personal, Fahrzeugen und weiteren Ressourcen. - Du führst und instruierst Sicherheitswärter (SiWä), führst Sicherheitsinstruktionen durch und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick. - Du bist Ansprechpartner für Bahnbetreiber, koordinierst die Kommunikation per Funk und Telefon und erkennst Gefahren frühzeitig. - Du dokumentierst Einsätze, erstellst Rapporte, führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und arbeitest bei Bedarf aktiv im Einsatz mit.

Dein Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sicherheitschef (SC) mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeits- oder Bahnsicherheit (zwingend) - Erfahrung im Gleisbereich - Kenntnisse FDV / R RTE 20100 - Von Vorteil ist eine zusätzliche Ausbildung und Einsatzberechtigung als Sicherheitswärter (SiWä) - Idealerweise Erfahrung in Mäharbeiten oder Holzerei - Du bist durchsetzungsstark, zuverlässig und packst selbst mit an - Sicherheit hat für dich immer oberste Priorität
