Gestalten Sie das Security Operations Center des Kantons BL

Ihre Verantwortung

  • Koordination und Sicherstellung des Betriebs der kantonalen SOC\-Services, Implementierung proaktiver Massnahmen ( Planung von Threat Hunts) sowie Erstellung regelmässiger Reports und Mitwirkung bei Audits
  • Koordination zwischen den Mitgliedern der SOC\-Organisation/des IT\-Betriebs, des externen MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider), der IT\-Sicherheit und des IT\-Managements
  • Steuerung, Qualitätssicherung, Eskalation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SOC\-Services, Optimierung von Betriebsabläufen
  • Führende Mitwirkung in Projekten, die den Weiterausbau und die Optimierung der SOC\-Services zur Zielsetzung haben
  • Sicherstellung der Überwachung und Koordination von Sicherheitsvorfällen (Incident Response)
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der operativen IT\-Sicherheit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stellen
  • Verantwortung für die Budget\- und Kostenplanung sowie das Vertrags\- und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben im operativen Betrieb in der Aufbauphase des SOC ( Analyse, Bewertung und Bearbeitung potenzieller Sicherheitsvorfälle)

Ihr Hintergrund

  • Abschluss (Master Uni/FH) in Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik / IT\-Security oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Relevante Zertifizierungen im Bereich der IT\-Sicherheit ( CISSP, CISM, GCIH/GCIA etc.) sowie im Projektmanagement (HERMES 2022, IPMA oder vergleichbar)
  • Fundierte, ausgewiesene Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit, insbesondere in den Bereichen SOC, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence/Hunting
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Windows\- und Linux\-Umfeld sowie Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SOC\-Werkzeugen ( SIEM, SOAR, XDR etc.)
  • Mehrjährige und fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich des Managements / der Koordination eines SOCs sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Systematische, zielgerichtete und effiziente Arbeitsweise sowie ausgezeichnete analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
  • Neugierde an aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Cyber Security sowie neuen Angriffstechniken und Schutzmassnahmen; sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
