Mit über 25 Jahren Erfahrung in der Schweiz und Standorten in Zürich, Basel und Genf verbinden wir IT-Spezialisten mit führenden Unternehmen. ​ Als erfahrener Software Project Manager übernimmst du die Verantwortung für externe Kundenprojekte im Softwareumfeld – von der Initialisierung über die Planung und Umsetzung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Einführung. Du schaffst Klarheit über Ziele, Scope, Budget, Termine, Prioritäten, Risiken und nächste Schritte und sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Vorhaben strukturiert, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert vorankommen.

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden und interne Stakeholder während der Projektphase. Die Umsetzung stimmst du eng mit den Product Ownern ab, die als zentrale Schnittstelle zu den Entwicklungsteams agieren. Dabei behältst du jederzeit den Überblick über Kosten, Termine und Leistungsumfang, erkennst Abweichungen frühzeitig und klärst diese transparent und lösungsorientiert mit dem Kunden.

Bei uns wirst du:

  • anspruchsvolle Softwareprojekte mit Kunden eigenverantwortlich planen, steuern und erfolgreich zur Einführung bringen
  • als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Stakeholder, Product Owner und interne Fachbereiche agieren
  • Projektziele, Scope, Budget, Termine, Prioritäten, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten aktiv managen
  • Change Requests, Weiterentwicklungen und neue Anforderungen strukturiert aufnehmen, bewerten und in die Projekt- und Budgetplanung integrieren
  • für klare Entscheidungen, verbindliche nächste Schritte und eine saubere Übergabe in den laufenden Service sorgen

Du kennst dich unter anderem aus mit:

  • Projektleitung im Softwareumfeld
  • Stakeholder-, Priorisierungs- und Risikomanagement
  • Scope-, Budget-, Termin- und Erwartungsmanagement
  • Requirements Engineering, Lösungsdesign und Change Management auf Steuerungs- und Koordinationsebene
  • technischen Grundlagen der Softwareentwicklung sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Fachbereichen

Das bringst du mit:

  • fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareprojekten mit externen Kunden
  • die Fähigkeit, komplexe Projektkontexte souverän zu strukturieren und mehrere Themen parallel zu führen
  • ein hohes Mass an Verbindlichkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten, Risiken, Qualität, Kundenbedürfnisse und realistische Planung
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
