Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Sie gestalten Lösungsarchitekturen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 und der Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Sie analysieren fachliche Anforderungen und überführen diese in strukturierte, skalierbare und nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Sie konzipieren und entwickeln Datenmodelle sowie Prozesslogiken weiter.
  • Sie stellen das Zusammenspiel und die Wartbarkeit unterschiedlicher Lösungen innerhalb der Plattform sicher.
  • Sie setzen Lösungen selbst auf Dynamics 365 und der Power Platform um.
  • Sie entwickeln Workflows und Automatisierungen mit den Möglichkeiten der Power Platform.
  • Sie definieren und steuern Datenflüsse zwischen verschiedenen Systemen.
  • Sie konzipieren und realisieren Integrationen und Erweiterungen.
  • Bei komplexeren Anforderungen können auch Azure Functions zum Einsatz kommen.
  • Sie entwickeln die Plattform strukturell weiter und etablieren Standards sowie wiederverwendbare Lösungen.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und technischen Ansprechpartnern zusammen.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Sie verfügen über fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Power Platform mit und haben entsprechende Lösungen bereits selbst umgesetzt.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Solution Design oder in der Solution Architecture und können fachliche Anforderungen in technisch konsistente Lösungen übersetzen.
  • Sie verfügen über ein gutes Verständnis von Systemarchitekturen, Datenstrukturen und Datenmodellen.
  • Sie verstehen das Zusammenspiel von Systemen sowie die damit verbundenen Integrationen und Datenflüsse.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne konzeptionell und setzen Lösungen gleichzeitig auch selbst technisch um.
  • Erfahrung mit Workflows, Low Code Automatisierung und Integrationslösungen ist von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse im Azure Umfeld, insbesondere mit Azure Functions, sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.
  • Sie kommunizieren klar und arbeiten gerne mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und technischen Stakeholdern zusammen.

Was Sie erwartet ##

Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle innerhalb eines spezialisierten Plattform Teams und erhalten die Möglichkeit, die CRM und Power Platform Landschaft aktiv mitzugestalten.

Dabei bewegen Sie sich nicht in einer reinen Architekturrolle. Sie entwickeln Lösungsansätze, treffen strukturelle Designentscheidungen und begleiten diese bis in die konkrete Umsetzung.

Sie arbeiten innerhalb eines definierten technischen Rahmens und verfügen gleichzeitig über Gestaltungsspielraum bei der fachlichen und strukturellen Ausarbeitung der Lösungen.

Das Unternehmen bietet ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell mit grundsätzlich drei Präsenztagen am Standort in der Region Frauenfeld und zwei Homeoffice Tagen. Projektabhängig können fixe oder zusätzliche Präsenztage erforderlich sein.
