  • Verantwortung für die Architektur von digitalen Bankkanälen (E Banking, Mobile Banking, Kundenportal etc.), Kenntnis der gängigen Frontend-, API- und Sicherheitsarchitekturen
  • Verständnis von Customer Life Cycle (Onboarding, Identifikation, Beratung, Betreuung, Offboarding) zwecks Übersetzung in fachliche Prozesse und robuste, integrierte IT Lösungen
  • Konzeption von Lösungen für Output- und Layout-Prozesse (Dokumente, Verträge, Formulare, Notifications), Sicherstellung von konsistenter Kundenkommunikation über alle Kanäle
  • Kenntnis von Integrationsmuster und technologien (APIs, Events, Files, Echtzeit- und Batch Schnittstellen) zwecks sauberer Einbettung der Lösungen in die Gesamtarchitektur sowie in Kernbanksysteme
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen (Digital Banking, Vertrieb, Marketing, Operations, Compliance), verständliche Kommunikation und Sicherstellung, dass Lösungen sicher, regulatorisch konform und kundenorientiert sind

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen im Digital-Banking-Umfeld (E-Banking, Mobile Banking, Kundenportale) in einer Bank oder einem vergleichbaren regulierten Umfeld
  • Kenntnis moderner Architektur- und Integrationsmuster (z.B. API- und Microservices-Architekturen, Event-driven Architecture und Identity- und Security-Patterns)
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von End-to-End-Kundenprozessen und bei der strukturierten Überführung von Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen in Solution Designs inkl. Fähigkeit zur Beurteilung deren technischen Machbarkeit und Skalierbarkeit in enger Abstimmung mit den Product Ownern
  • idealerweise Erfahrung mit Output- und Dokumentenlösungen (Dokumenten- und Layout-Systeme, Notifications, rechtlich relevante Kundenkommunikation), Verständnis deren regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Kenntnis der Security-, Compliance- und Governance-Anforderungen im Bankenumfeld und deren Umsetzung in der Architektur
  • Bachelor oder Master einer Universität oder Fachhochschule in einem relevanten Studiengang
