  • Kompetente, persönliche und individuelle Weinberatung unserer Gäste auf höchstem Niveau
  • Aktive Begleitung unserer Gäste bei der Auswahl der passenden Weine und Getränkebegleitungen zu unserem kulinarischen Konzept
  • Mitarbeit im täglichen Service sowie Unterstützung des Serviceteams bei der Betreuung unserer Gäste.
  • Professioneller Weinservice sowie Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeerlebnisses
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Weinkarte und des Getränkeangebots
  • Pflege, Organisation und Kontrolle des Weinkellers sowie Sicherstellung einer optimalen Lagerung
  • Mitverantwortung für Warenbestellungen, Inventuren und die Kontrolle der Weinbestände
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Restaurantleitung, dem Serviceteam und der Küche
  • Vermittlung von Weinwissen innerhalb des Teams sowie Unterstützung bei internen Schulungen und Degustationen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines fundierten Wissens über unser Sortiment, Produzenten, Regionen und Jahrgänge
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Abläufe und Standards im Rahmen der Wiedereröffnung
  • Repräsentation der IGNIV- und Caminada-Philosophie gegenüber unseren Gästen und Partnern

Dein Profil ##

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung

im Bereich Wein

  • Fundiertes Weinwissen und ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Wein, Kulinarik und hochwertige Gastronomie
  • Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Sommelier oder in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit natürlicher Herzlichkeit, Charme und einem ausgeprägten Gespür für unsere Gäste
  • Freude daran, Weinwissen verständlich, authentisch und ohne Distanz zu vermitteln
  • Sicheres, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Service und Küche
  • Eigeninitiative und Motivation, sich aktiv in den Aufbau eines neuen Teams und die Wiedereröffnung einzubringen
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
