* Kompetente Vertretung und Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der personellen und operativen Leitung des gesamten Küchenteams. * Verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Zubereitung und Präsentation aller Kostformen gemäss Menüplan und Spezialwünschen * Zielgerichtete Koordination und Motivation der Chefs de Partie sowie fachliche Anleitung und Betreuung der Lernenden. * Effiziente Überwachung der Abläufe am Pass, Gewährleistung einer optimalen Mise en Place sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitäts\- und HACCP\-Hygienestandards. * Aktive Mitwirkung bei der abwechslungsreichen Menüplanung, der Warenbestellung, der Inventur und der effizienten Dienstplangestaltung. * Motivierte praktische Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft und tatkräftige Unterstützung auf den Posten bei hohem Arbeitsanfall. Gesuchtes Profil

  • Ausbildung zur/zum Köchin/Koch EFZ mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer professionellen Küche, idealerweise bereits in einer (Stellvertreter\-)Leitungsfunktion
  • Langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich der warmen und kalten Küche Fertigstellung/Regeneration und der Kommissionierung der Speisen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Sonderkostformen und der Zubereitung von modifizierten Texturen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der personellen Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Lernenden.
  • Strukturierte, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise bei der Dienstplanung, dem Bestellwesen und der Pass\-Koordination.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für kalkulatorische Abläufe, Food\-Waste\-Vermeidung und Warenkosten\-Kontrolle.
  • Absolute Routine im Umgang mit den aktuellen HACCP\-Richtlinien sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC\-Programmen (z. B. für Rezepturen, Bestellungen oder Dienstpläne).
  • Professionelle und selbständige Arbeitshaltung
  • Flair für das Anrichten und Dekorieren von Speisen
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung, einschliesslich Einsätzen mit Zimmerstunde sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Eine herzliche und humorvolle Grundeinstellung und Freude an vielseitigen Herausforderungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
