Das Contra Corrente an der Ostermundigenstrasse in Bern verbindet Restaurant, Café und Rooftop-Bar mit einem urbanen Ambiente und mediterran inspirierten Gerichten. Unser kulinarisches Angebot reicht vom Business Lunch über den Abendservice bis zu besonderen Anlässen und Events.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als:

Sous-Chef 100% (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und Stellvertretung des Küchenchefs in allen Bereichen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im täglichen Küchenbetrieb
  • Mitverantwortung für die Qualität und den reibungslosen Ablauf der Küche
  • Führung, Motivation und Unterstützung des Küchenteams
  • Mithilfe bei der Planung und Organisation des Küchenablaufs
  • Sorgfältiger und kreativer Umgang mit hochwertigen Produkten
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Gerichte

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Freude an hochwertiger, moderner Küche
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsanspruch
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und eine positive Ausstrahlung
  • Leidenschaft für den Beruf
