Ihre Aufgaben Produktion der Speisen in der warmen und kalten Küche Mithilfe bei der Produktion von Desserts und Sandwiches Gelegentlich Abendanlässe wie Schulfeiern und Aperos Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der Organisation und Umsetzung unseres Angebotskonzeptes Mahlzeitenausgabe und Kommunikation mit den Gäsgten während dem Mittagsservice, gegebenenfalls an der Kasse aushelfen Mitverantwortlich für den Einkauf und das Bestellwesen sowie für Tagesbestellungen, Warenbewirtschaftung und Inventur Administrative Tätigkeiten nach Bedarf Kontrollieren, ob Präsentation und Angebot miteinander übereinstimmen Anwendung und Kontrolle des Reinigungs- und Hygienekonzepts nach HACCP, diverse Reinigungsarbeiten und Abwaschaufgaben gehören selbstverständlich mit dazu Vertretung des Restaurantleiters in seiner Abwesenheit

Ihr Hintergrund Abgeschlossene Kochlehre EFZ Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in der Gemeinschafts- oder Systemgastronomie von Vorteil Gast- und serviceorientiert mit dem Auge für das Detail Organisationstalent, selbständige und saubere Arbeitsweise Teamplayer, flexibel, einsatzfreudig und verantwortungsbewusst Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Einwandfreier Leumund zwingend erforderlich Erfahrung in der Administration Führerschein Kategorie B vorhanden
