Les salles de banquet et de fête entièrement équipées et modernes du Volkshaus peuvent accueillir environ 2 000 personnes. Avec plus de 2 500 événements par an (stars nationales et internationales de la musique, labels de fête, concerts classiques, comédie, assemblées générales, représentations théâtrales, banquets et séminaires), le Volkshaus est l'un des lieux d'événements les plus connus de la ville de Zurich.

Pour le restaurant Volkshaus, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou à convenir un/e Sous-chef / Chef de cuisine adjoint (h/f/d) 100%

Vos tâches : - Préparation de plats suisses traditionnels avec des ingrédients frais et régionaux - Gestion autonome d-un ou plusieurs postes ainsi qu-une étroite collaboration avec l-équipe de cuisine - Travaux de mise en place pour le service à la carte - Soutien à la formation de nos apprentis - Création créative de menus saisonniers - Garantie d-une haute qualité et présentation des plats - Respect des normes d-hygiène et de sécurité en cuisine

Exigences : - Formation de base achevée en tant que cuisinier CFC, formation complémentaire de chef de cuisine ou formation équivalente souhaitée / Au moins 5 ans d-expérience professionnelle en tant que chef de partie et idéalement 3 ans d-expérience en tant que sous-chef - Expérience dans la préparation de plats suisses souhaitée - Passion pour la gastronomie et plaisir dans la manipulation des aliments - Résistance au stress et flexibilité, même dans des situations stressantes - Esprit d-équipe, créativité, autonomie et fiabilité - Bonnes connaissances orales et écrites en allemand, anglais souhaité - Soutien et promotion des apprentis en pratique et en théorie ainsi que planification des heures d-apprentissage
