The posting

L’Auberge du Mouton est une petite maison pleine de charme avec 16 chambres d’hôtel et un restaurant de 28 places. Notre restaurant est ouvert du mardi au samedi.

Nous sommes une petite équipe soudée qui travaille main dans la main et qui aime faire plaisir à nos clients avec une cuisine fraîche, moderne et de saison.

Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons à convenir un(e) :

Sous-Chef / Sous-Cheffe (80–100 %)

Vos responsabilités - Co-responsabilité du fonctionnement quotidien de la cuisine et du service à la carte - Soutenir le chef de cuisine dans l’organisation et la gestion de la cuisine - Participer à la création et à l’évolution de notre carte - Passer les commandes, réceptionner les marchandises et gérer les stocks - Respecter et faire respecter les règles d’hygiène et de qualité - Participer au nettoyage quotidien et aux nettoyages périodiques de la cuisine

Profil recherché - Formation de cuisinier / cuisinière et, idéalement, expérience comme sous-chef / sous-cheffe Tu aimes travailler avec des produits frais, régionaux et de saison Tu apprécies le travail bien fait et la cuisine moderne Tu travailles de manière autonome, propre et organisée Tu es une personne d’équipe, motivée et prête à prendre des responsabilités Tu aimes apporter tes idées et participer activement à la vie de la cuisine
