SOUS\-CHEF:IN (100%) Mehr als ein Theater – das Casinotheater vereint Gastronomie, Theater und Events unter einem Dach. Mit dem Restaurant Fredi verfügt das Casinotheater über ein à la Carte Restaurant mit 90 Sitzplätzen, einer Terrasse \& Lounge im sowie einer Cocktailbar. Parallel bewirten wir rund 400 Firmen\- und Privatevents pro Jahr in unserem Eventräumlichkeiten. Für unser Küchenteam suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n SOUS\-CHEF:IN (100%) Deine Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenchefin, resp. Stellvertretung in deren Abwesenheit: Mitverantwortung für die Führung sowie Organisation des gesamten Küchenbereichs Mitverantwortung für die Küchenadministration (Personalplanung, Kreditorenkontrolle, Bestellwesen, Angebotsgestaltung, etc.) Mitverantwortung für die Ausbildung der 3\-4 Lernenden Kontrolle der Wareneingänge \& Lagerbewirtschaftung gemeinsam mit der Küchenchefin Überwachung der Einhaltung der Hygiene\- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien sowie Qualitätssicherung Operative Unterstützung: Zubereitung des täglich frischen Mise en place und aller Speisen zusammen mit der Küchencrew Das bringst du mit: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Sous\-Chef:in mit Ausbildung zum Chefkoch mit eidg.
