Sous\-Chef Publikumsgastronomie (m/w) Die Hallenstadion Gastronomie ist verantwortlich für das gesamte Catering im Hallenstadion Zürich – der grössten und modernsten Eventarena der Schweiz mit Platz für bis zu 15’500 Gäste. Wir betreiben zahlreiche Take\-Aways, Restaurants, Bars, Banketträume sowie exklusive Logen\- und VIP\-Bereiche. Unser Angebot reicht von der gehobenen Gastronomie bis hin zu schnellen, zeitgemässen Speisen und Getränken und macht jeden Event auch kulinarisch zu einem Erlebnis. Zur Unterstützung unserer Küchenbrigade ergänzen wir unser Team per November 2026 oder nach Übereinkunft mit einem: Sous\-Chef Publikumsgastronomie (m/w) Arbeitsvolumen: 100% / keine Zimmerstundendienste! Aufgabenbereich: Sie sind zusammen mit dem Leiter Küchenbereich verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung einer zeitgerecht erbrachten und qualitativ einwandfreien Küchenleistung in unserem Restaurant Frontline sowie bei Banketten aller Art im Hallenstadion. Anforderungsprofil: Abgeschlossene Kochlehre (EBA oder EFZ) Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich \& schriftlich) Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Chef de Partie / Sous\-Chef in grösseren Betrieben Hohe Qualitätsorientierung und gästeorientiertes Denken Stärke in effizienter Arbeits\- und Führungsorganisation Computer\-Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil Bereitschaft zu flexiblen und veranstaltungsabhängigen Arbeitszeiten.
