The posting

Wir suchen per 1. Oktober 2026 zur Wiedereröffnung nach dem Pächterwechsel eine/n leidenschaftliche/n Sous-Chef m/w. Zusammen mit unserer Küchenchefin, vor allem aber auch während ihrer Abwesenheit, sind Sie zuständig für die Organisation unserer à la Carte Küche. Dies beinhaltet die Koordination der 8 Mitarbeitenden inkl. Lehrlinge, die täglichen Bestellungen der Lebensmittel und die Planung der Mittagmenüs.

Die vier Jahreszeiten im Rössli: Im Frühling Spargelgerichte, im Sommer Grilladen vom Holzkohlegrill, Wild im Herbst und festliche Speisen im Winter.

Hauptsächlich sind Sie aber verantwortlich für die Mise en Place auf dem Saucier-Posten und für deren Fertigung während der Servicezeiten. Sie führen ihren Posten selbständig und haben bei Bedarf Unterstützung von unseren Küchenangestellten. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und haben Freude, wenn das Restaurant immer gut besucht ist. Wir sind ein à la Carte Restaurant und haben zwischendurch kleinere bis mittelgrosse Bankette.

Sie lieben es, mit frischen und saisonalen Produkten zu arbeiten. Klassiker, wie Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, Rindsfilet oder Wiener Schnitzel gehören genauso zu ihren Favoriten, wie pfiffige und kreative Mittagsmenüs aus aller Welt.

Wir bieten Ihnen einen interessanten Arbeitsplatz in einem lebhaften und gut organisierten Betrieb. Sie haben einen gratis Parkplatz vor dem Haus und Anschluss an den ÖV in nur 3 Gehminuten. Ebenfalls hat es einen Aufenthaltsraum für längere Pausen, oder eine Unterkunft im Haus für Saison-Mitarbeiter/-innen. Sonntag ist Ruhetag.
