* CFC, maturité gymnasiale ou maturité professionnelle * Sous-officier/ère supérieur/e de l'Armée suisse (sgtm U) * Connaissance du système MIL Office et expérience de son utilisation * Casier judiciaire et registre des poursuites vierges * Permis de conduire de catégorie B * Connaissances dans une deuxième langue officielle et en anglais bienvenues

En tant que sergent-major d'unité, vous jouez un rôle central dans le commandement du détachement d'exploitation du Centre d'instruction Swissint. Vous veillez à ce que tout fonctionne sans encombre et contribuez à garantir notre disponibilité opérationnelle. En vous appuyant sur les compétences acquises dans le cadre de ta fonction de milice, vous pourrez vous perfectionner selon les besoins et évoluer sur le plan personnel.

Le commandement des Opérations (cdmt Op) est responsable de toutes les opérations et de tous les engagements militaires de l'Armée suisse. Le cdmt Op comprend notamment les Forces aériennes, les Forces terrestres, les quatre divisions territoriales, le Centre de compétences SWISSINT, le commandement des Forces spéciales ainsi que la Police militaire. Environ 40 % des quelque 2500 collaborateurs/trices sont employés dans le civil, des ingénieur/e/s aux analystes en passant par les mécanicien/ne/s sur aéronefs.

L'Armée suisse emploie plus de 9000 collaborateurs/trices dans quatre professions militaires et environ 200 professions civiles, et ce, sur 110 sites dans toute la Suisse. Elle assure également la relève en formant des apprenti/e/s dans plus de 30 métiers.
