Willkommen in einem innovativen Team, das stets bestrebt ist, das Carlton-Europe Vintage Hotel vom „Mainstream“ abzuheben und unseren Gästen das nicht Alltägliche zu bieten.

Ihre Aufgaben: - Produktion der Mittags- und Abendmenüs für Gruppen, Seminare, Bankette, Halbpensionsgäste - Angebot einer einfachen à la carte Karte für Hotelgäste und selten externe Gäste, da all unsere Restaurants an der Promenade vermietet sind. - Caterings in Interlaken und Umgebung - Coaching und Führung des kleinen Küchenteams - in der starken Sommersaison von April bis Oktober etwas grösser als in den Wintermonaten - in den ruhigeren Monaten Januar bis März reduzierter Betrieb. - In Anbetracht des kleinen Teams kochen Sie mit und stehen auch gerne am Herd - Koordination der Bestellung und Warenlieferungen - Menu- und Produktionsplanung - Umsetzen der Hygiene und HACCP- Richtlinien - Koordination der Schulungen und Teamsitzungen, Teilnahme an Kadersitzungen - Übliche Reinigungsarbeiten in der Küche Ihr Profil Sie arbeiten in der Hotellerie aus Leidenschaft und haben Spass an wertschätzendem Umgang mit Menschen. Sie stellen sich gerne immer wieder neuen Herausforderungen und übernehmen Eigenverantwortung sowie Initiative. Sie sprechen Deutsch und können mit Lieferanten wie auch innerhalb des Hotels sich unterhalten. Sie kochen gerne und leisten Ihren Beitrag zur Motivation des Küchen- und Serviceteams Das dürfen Sie von uns erwarten: Das Carlton-Europe-Vintage Hotel ist aus zwei traditionsreichen Häusern entstanden. In der Nähe des Ostbahnhofes in Interlaken gelegen und mit einer 125-jährigen Geschichte seit 1898 sind wir ein vielseitiger 4 Stern Resort-Betrieb. Wir verfügen über 69 individuell eingerichtete Zimmer reich an Ambiente, 12 serviced Apartments und verschiedene Bankett- und Seminarräumlichkeiten. Unsere öffentllichen Restaurants sind verpachtet. Zudem empfangen wir als eines der einzigen Hotels für Erwachsene Gäste ab 16 Jahren.
